At Soho Property Agency we strive to be the best! Unfortunately the general opinion of estate agents in London is not great. We wanted to change that. It appeared as though being an estate agent must be on par with rocket science, due to the consistent problems encountered. How hard can it actually be to run and manage a property company that delivers a service that keeps everybody happy? The truth is not hard at all. It comes down to quality over quantity. Many estate agents and property management companies don't set out to be inept, it just comes with the territory of taking on more than you can realistically manage.

 

At Soho Property Agency we like to keep it simple: quality landlords, with quality properties, housing quality tenants. Respect is the key. Landlords respecting their tenants, tenants respecting the landlords property and the agent respecting their clients. Communication, commitment and care are vital aspects for a smooth tenancy.

 

Over the past couple of years of running Soho Property Agency, we have realised that bigger isn't always better. Smaller, but perfectly formed can often do the job much better.
